Come join JENNA LAMBERT as we practice a yoga sequence that DOES strike a balance between gentle stretching and subtle strength-building.  This is an ALL LEVELS session, so whether you are an absolute beginner or yoga junkie, there will be something for you.  
Everything is cued for you, with many demonstrations, and you are encouraged to go at your own pace.  

Yoga empowers you to ultimately strike a balance—physically, as well as mentally and energetically. As the mind begins to become more one-pointed, our physical practice becomes more stable AND when we do balance postures–even simple ones!–the mind becomes more focused.  It is a beautiful, supportive process.
